Example systems

What a real setup
looks like

Four trades, four different builds. These are worked examples of how the pieces fit together for a specific kind of business, so you can see what you would actually be buying before you are on a call about it.

To be straight with you: these are examples, not client stories. We name real clients here when they are happy to be named and not before.

Emergency led, phone driven

Plumbing and HVAC

The problem. The phone rings when something is already broken, usually at the worst hour. Whoever answers first gets the job, and you cannot answer while you are under a sink.

WebsiteFour pages: emergency, repair, install, service area. Call button fixed to the bottom of the screen on mobile.
Voice AIAnswers every call. Confirms the service area, asks whether water is shut off, books or escalates a true emergency to your mobile.
ChatbotHandles the after hours web visitor who will not call, takes the job details and books.
AutomationReview request the evening the job closes, quote chased at day two and day six.

What changes. Nothing rings out. The evening and weekend enquiries that used to vanish become tomorrow morning's schedule.

High ticket, long decision

Roofing

The problem. A roof is a considered purchase. People get three quotes and take weeks. Most roofers lose on follow up rather than on price, because chasing feels like pestering and nobody does it.

WebsiteGallery led, storm and repair pages separated from replacement, financing answered up front.
ChatbotQualifies on roof age, leak or replacement, and property type before anyone drives out.
AutomationThe quote follow up sequence. Day two, day six, day fourteen, day thirty, by text and email, stopping the moment they reply.
SocialBefore and after from real jobs, neighbourhood named, weekly.

What changes. The quotes that used to go quiet get answered. This is the single highest value automation in the trade.

Scheduled work, trust led

Electrical

The problem. Panel upgrades, EV chargers and rewires are planned purchases where the customer is nervous and checking licensing and reviews before anything else.

WebsiteA page per job type, because people search the job and not the trade. Licence and insurance visible.
SEOGoogle Business Profile completed properly, services listed, photos, posts, review flow.
ChatbotAnswers the panel and EV charger questions that fill your day, books a site visit.
AutomationEstimate follow up and a review request timed to completion.

What changes. You stop answering the same four questions by phone and start showing up in the map pack for the jobs you want.

Recurring revenue, high volume

Cleaning services

The problem. Lots of small enquiries, thin margins per job, and the real money is in the recurring client rather than the one off clean.

WebsiteInstant quote path by bedrooms and bathrooms, recurring priced visibly cheaper than one off.
ChatbotQuotes within your rules, books the first clean, offers the recurring slot at the point of booking.
AutomationReminders the day before, a review request after the second clean, a win back message at sixty days quiet.
SocialWeekly posts in both languages.

What changes. More of the one off jobs convert to recurring, which is the only number that matters in this trade.
