Program description
Lumin AI Solutions sends text messages to people who have asked us to. Messages relate to an enquiry you made, a quote or proposal we sent you, an appointment you booked, or the ongoing support of a service you buy from us. We do not send bulk marketing blasts to this list and we do not text people who have not asked to hear from us.
How you opt in
You consent to receive text messages from Lumin AI Solutions in one of these ways:
- You tick the consent box on the contact form on this website and submit your mobile number. The box is never ticked for you.
- You text us first at (949) 710-0401.
- You give us your number verbally on a call and agree to be texted, which we record.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing anything from us.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your conversation with us. For a new enquiry expect a small number of messages. For an active project you may receive messages as the work progresses.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. These are charged by your mobile carrier, not by us, and depend on your plan.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message from us at any time and you will be unsubscribed immediately. You will get one confirmation message and then nothing further. You can also call or email us and ask to be removed, and we will do it.
If you change your mind later you can opt back in by texting START or by submitting the form again.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and depends on your carrier and your device.
Your information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We use a messaging provider to deliver messages on our behalf, and they may only use your number for that purpose. How we handle the rest of your information is set out in our privacy policy.

Messages are supported on major United States carriers. Carrier support can change and is outside our control.
