Who we are
Lumin AI Solutions is a business based in Lake Forest, California that builds websites, AI chatbots, AI voice systems and business automation for other businesses. In this policy "we" and "us" mean Lumin AI Solutions, and "you" means anyone who visits this website or contacts us.

What we collect
- What you give us. Your name, business name, phone number, email address, the city you work in, your trade, the services you say you are interested in, and anything you type into the notes field or send us by email or text.
- What the site records. Standard web server information such as your rough location by region, the browser you used, which pages you looked at and where you arrived from. This is ordinary traffic data and is not used to identify you personally.
- Booking information. If you book a call, our scheduling provider records the time you chose and the details you entered on that booking.
We do not collect payment card details on this website. If you become a client, billing is handled separately through a payment provider who holds that information, not us.
Why we collect it
- To answer you, quote you, and turn up to the call knowing what your business does.
- To send you the information you asked for, and to follow up about that enquiry.
- To provide and support the services you buy from us.
- To keep the website working and to understand which pages are useful.
- To meet our legal and tax obligations.
Text messages and your mobile number
If you give us your mobile number and tick the consent box on our form, or you text us first, you are agreeing that we may contact you by text message about your enquiry and the services you asked about. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of buying anything from us.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them, or HELP for help. Full details are on our SMS terms page.
Who else sees your information
We do not sell your personal information, and we never have. We do not rent or trade it. We share it only with the service providers we need in order to operate, and only so far as they need it to do their job:
- Our website host and form provider, which receives what you submit on the contact form.
- Our scheduling provider, when you book a call.
- Our email and text messaging providers, when we reply to you.
- Our accountant and payment provider, for clients, for billing and tax records.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our legal rights.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become clients are kept for up to two years and then deleted. Client records are kept for as long as you are a client and then for seven years, which is what tax and accounting rules require. You can ask us to delete your information sooner and we will, unless we are legally required to keep it.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you the right to know what we collect, to have it deleted, to correct it, and not to be treated differently for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in that law.

Cookies
This site uses only what it needs to function and to count visits. We do not run advertising trackers on this website. Your browser lets you block or delete cookies, and the site will still work if you do.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection and access to enquiry data is limited to Lumin AI Solutions staff. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you promptly if anything happens that affects your information.
Children
This is a service for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be noted here for at least 30 days.
